Andrew A. Bennett, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Management at the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. Andrew focuses on how people can be more energized, less stressed, and happier at work. 

Andrew has been named a Top 50 Undergraduate Business Professor by Poets&Quants, has won the New Educator Award from the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society and the Creativity and Innovation in Teaching Award from the Southern Management Association, and has won multiple other awards for his research, teaching, and service activities

He is the co-director of the Management Research Lab, a faculty researcher in the Thurmond Negotiations Lab, and a Haislip Rohrer Fellow at ODU. He is also an Associate Editor at the scientific journal Group and Organization Management, and is on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Management Teaching Review.
